The School Improvement Advisory Committee (SIAC) determines major educational needs as well as Student learning goals and is comprised of individuals representing Students, Parents, Teachers, Administrators, alongside representatives from the local Community.

Upon determining these needs and goals, The SIAC is to report to the Board of Representatives in addition to communicating with stakeholders as regulated by Iowa Legislative Code 280.12.
